About Village United CIC
Village United CIC is a Community Interest Company established to support children and young people to access grassroots sport where financial barriers may otherwise prevent participation.
Village United CIC operates on a not-for-profit basis. All surplus income is reinvested into the organisation’s community purpose.

Making a Donation
By making a donation to Village United CIC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Donations may be made via our website or approved third-party payment providers.
All donations are voluntary.

Use of Donations
Donations received by Village United CIC will be used to support our charitable objectives, including but not limited to:
• Funding children’s access to grassroots sports
• Supporting participation fees and membership costs
• Safeguarding, monitoring and programme delivery
• Community-based activities aligned with our mission
Village United CIC reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to support our overall delivery.

Restricted Donations
If a donor wishes to make a donation for a specific purpose, this must be agreed in writing with Village United CIC prior to the donation being made.
Where restricted donations cannot be used for the intended purpose, we will contact the donor where possible to discuss alternative use.

Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Duplicate transactions
• Processing errors
Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of the donation date.

Gift Aid
Village United CIC is a Community Interest Company and is not currently able to claim Gift Aid unless otherwise stated.
If our status changes in the future, this information will be updated on our website.

Village United CIC is committed to protecting your personal information.
Any personal data provided when making a donation will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and UK data protection legislation.
We will not sell or share donor information with third parties for marketing purposes.
